Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Seraphine, operated by Magellan21 Technologies LLC. By using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

Seraphine drafts content, screens it against a compliance policy, organizes leads and tasks, and answers questions using data you connect. It is a drafting and workflow tool. Every outbound item requires your approval before it is published or sent.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your content, your responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us only the permission needed to process, store and publish it on your instruction. You are responsible for what you approve: compliance screening is an automated aid that reduces risk, it is not legal advice and it does not guarantee that a given message complies with the rules that apply to you.

Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party account you must comply with that platform's own terms and policies, and you confirm you are authorized to act for that account. Platform access can change or be withdrawn by the platform at any time, which may limit features through no fault of ours.

Acceptable use

You may not use Seraphine to publish unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content, to make income or health claims that are prohibited where you operate, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate anyone, or to evade a platform's rules. Certain categories, including specific income claims and medical claims, are blocked by the product and cannot be approved by anyone, including administrators.

AI output

AI-generated text can be wrong. Seraphine is built to refuse to invent figures for a real account and to say when data is unavailable, but you must review anything before you approve it. Do not rely on the output as financial, legal, medical, or tax advice.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described in your order or subscription. Usage of AI capacity is metered and subject to the budgets set for your account; exceeding a budget degrades AI features rather than incurring surprise charges.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we must suspend to comply with the law or a platform requirement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
